Ms. Jung Min YU joined the Finance Group at JIPYONG in 2014.

Drawing on her years-long experience in finance, Ms. Yu is particularly renowned for her expertise in project financing, corporate M&A financial acquisition, Syndicated Loan, and Structured Finance including asset securitization.

She represents a wide array of investment trusts, investment companies, REITs, and PFVs in the real estate finance sectors, alternative investment and overseas fund investment sectors, and other legal advices related to regulation and licensing under numerous financial laws.
