Jipyong Signed MOU with AEQUO, a law firm in Ukraine

On November 14th, Jipyong LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Jipyong”) signed the Memorandum of Understanding with Ukrainian law firm AEQUO to enhance legal services and networks in Ukraine and Eastern Europe. 
 
AEQUO is an advanced industry-focused Ukrainian law firm that provides professional and comprehensive legal services. Jipyong is dedicated to providing accurate and timely legal services to companies interested in entering and investing in the Eastern European region, including Ukraine recovery projects. 
 
Under the MOU with AEQUO, Jipyong will actively address the legal service needs of companies in the energy, resources, infrastructure, and foreign investment sectors. It will also cooperate in various areas, such as publishing an Eastern European newsletter and hosting joint seminars. 
 
“Due to the Russia-Ukraine war, Korean companies are keenly interested in infrastructure recovery projects in Ukraine,” stated attorney Mr. Cheol JEONG, the head of Jipyong’s Eastern Europe team. He also mentioned, “Through this MOU, we will provide a one-stop service to address issues and risks related to entering Ukraine and Eastern Europe that Korean companies may encounter.”
