Ms. Yan Dong Jing has extensive experience in various Felds such as corporate management, M&A, and IP rights advisory and civil and criminal litigation and arbitration from her years at one of the largest full-service law firms in Shandong, China. Ms. Jing joined Jipyong in 2004 and is currently concurrently a partner at Shanghai Huali Law Firm and a Chinese law counsel at Jipyong’s Shanghai office.

Ms. Jing advises both Korean and Chinese companies on investing in the other and daily management, M&A and cross-border trade matters. She also handles trade disputes between Korean and Chinese companies, both litigation and arbitration.
