Mr. Kyung Hoon SONG passed the 51st Judicial Examination and completed the judicial apprentice training course at the Judicial Research and Training Institute (JRTI) in 2013. He served as a public-service judge advocate for 3 years at Gwangju High Prosecutors' Office and the Ministry of Justice. Before joining Jipyong, he was an attorney at Hankyul Law Group where he advised clients on M&A and corporate matters and represented them in civil and criminal proceedings. Based on the foregoing experience, he has successfully represented clients in disputes arising in various sectors including construction/real estate, environment, inheritance/family law/family business succession, insolvency/rehabilitation, and has made remarkable achievements in major civil, criminal, administrative, and family cases. In addition to his experience in the foregoing areas, as an active member of (quasi-)governmental organizations and academic associations, he has good expertise in various sectors including environment.
